Pre registration:

The company fulfills using the pre-registration form online, the first data on its activities and its qualifications, which enable the manager of business meetings to decide on its admissibility.

Validation registered:

Only companies and admitted having paid the fees due, will receive login and password allowing them access to their spaces and add to their profiles (activity, qualifications, ...).
They can insert offers outsourcing (for the payer) and / or partner application (those in search of partners), which after approval by the manager, will be codified and added automatically put in the catalog online.
Subcontractors Candidates for partnership or absence of any petition, may in due course consult the catalog of available opportunities, and ask for the appointment is desired with the payer on the Carrefour giving orders or with the SMEs listed on the Stock Exchange of partnership.

Inquiries go:

using their login and passwords, participants can browse the catalog BtoB and request an appointment and select it for days and times that suit them to the extent of availability of both others, and this since 11/11/2009.

Company requested will be notified by mail of the request for appointment and shall give its consent or reject the application on the applicant's profile.

- A request for appointment not canceled will be considered validated.
- The appointment requests are considered provisional until the end of this stage set to 17/11/2009, beyond which the function of appointment request will be disabled.

At 3 days of meetings BtoB / TEC'AUTO, schedules will be made available to participants.

meetings during the TEC'AUTO:

meeting face to face contact between participants take place as scheduled timetables and assigned numbered tables in the two adjoining meeting space provided for this purpose, 20 and November 21, 2009 in the Salon TEC'AUTO.

board space management meetings will be available to participants for help and information.
